What sits outside this plan.
So there are no surprises, here is what is not included. Each is available as a one-off with a flat quote, or covered by a higher plan.
Good to know
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your domain and content stay in your name. Hosting runs on my accounts, and if you leave I export the whole site and hand it to you so you can take it anywhere. Third-party costs like domain renewals are passed through at cost, never marked up.
Just tell me what you need.
No tickets and no portal to log into. Email or text me what you want changed. I confirm I've it and tell you when to expect it done. On Essential, small edits are bundled into a few each year, and I will always tell you up front if a request is larger than the plan covers.
Send it over
A quick email or text with the change. A photo, a new price, a paragraph, whatever it is.
I confirm
I reply, usually within one business day, to say I've it and when it will be done.
It goes live
I make the change, check it on desktop and phone, and let you know it's up.
If it's bigger
If a request is really a project, I tell you up front and give a flat quote before doing anything.
The practical bits.

- Your domain and content are always yours. The domain sits in my registrar account with you as the registrant, or in your own account with delegated access to me. Your choice, and either way you could recover it without me.
- Hosting runs on trusted platforms, so uptime depends partly on those providers.
- Any third-party costs, such as domain renewals or premium services, are passed through at cost, never marked up.
- If you ever leave, I hand everything over cleanly: the domain, every site file, and anything registered to you, with no hostage-taking.
- Full terms are shared before anything starts, so nothing is a surprise.
