Premium starts at $225/mo and is scoped to your site, since busier sites vary. I'll give you a clear, flat monthly figure before we start. Billed monthly in advance, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Just tell me what you need.
No tickets and no portal to log into. Email or text me what you want changed. I confirm I've it and tell you when to expect it done. On Premium, your requests take priority and are usually handled the same or the next business day.

A quick email or text with the change. A photo, a new price, a paragraph, whatever it is.
I confirm
I reply, usually within one business day, to say I've it and when it will be done.
It goes live
I make the change, check it on desktop and phone, and let you know it's up.

If a request is really a project, I tell you up front and give a flat quote before doing anything.
The practical bits.
- Billed monthly, in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
- Your domain and content are always yours. The domain sits in my registrar account with you as the registrant, or in your own account with delegated access to me. Your choice, and either way you could recover it without me.
- Hosting runs on trusted platforms, so uptime depends partly on those providers.
- Any third-party costs, such as domain renewals or premium services, are passed through at cost, never marked up.
- If you ever leave, I hand everything over cleanly: the domain, every site file, and anything registered to you, with no hostage-taking.
- Full terms are shared before anything starts, so nothing is a surprise.
