I keep your form working and the DNS records behind it correct, so enquiries actually reach your inbox. Setting up or running the mailboxes themselves is separate work.

A short, plain note each month: what I changed, that backups are healthy, and anything worth your attention.

So there are no surprises, here is what is not included. Each is available as a one-off with a flat quote, or covered by Premium.
Good to know
Content updates cover normal upkeep, up to four requests a month. Unusually large or bulk work is quoted first so there are never surprises. Billed monthly in advance, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

No tickets and no portal to log into. Email or text me the change and I'll confirm it and tell you when to expect it done.

A quick email or text: a photo, a new price, a paragraph, whatever it is.

I reply, usually within a business day, to say I've it and when it will be done.
It goes live
I make the change, check it on desktop and phone, and let you know it's up.

If a request is really a project, I tell you up front and give a flat quote first.
The practical bits.
- Billed monthly, in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
- Your domain and content are always yours. The domain sits in my registrar account with you as the registrant, or in your own account with delegated access to me. Your choice, and either way you could recover it without me.
- Hosting runs on trusted platforms, so uptime depends partly on those providers.
- Any third-party costs, such as domain renewals or premium services, are passed through at cost, never marked up.
- If you ever leave, I hand everything over cleanly: the domain, every site file, and anything registered to you, with no hostage-taking.
- Full terms are shared before anything starts, so nothing is a surprise.
