Then I design around that, so the layout, wording, and imagery all point the same direction. No cookie-cutter themes and nothing bolted on that you'll never use.
Redesigns & refreshes
If you already have a site that has aged, you usually don't need to start from nothing. I rebuild and modernize what's there so it looks current, loads quickly, and works properly on phones, while keeping the pages, wording, and search history that already work for you.
Fast, modern build
Sites are hand-built rather than assembled from heavy page builders, which keeps them fast and easy to maintain. Every page is checked on real phones and tablets, not just resized in a browser, because that's where most of your visitors will actually see it.
Hosting & maintenance
I host the sites I build, so there's no finger-pointing when something needs attention. That covers the server, the SSL certificate, regular backups, and monitoring that tells me if anything goes down, usually before you would notice. You never log into a control panel.
Get found locally
The local search basics are done properly at launch: clear page titles and descriptions, structured data so search engines and AI assistants understand who you are and where you are, a sitemap, and fast load times. It won't game the system, but it makes sure nothing is standing in your way.
Ongoing updates
Send me the change by email or text and I handle it, usually within a few business days. New photos, seasonal hours, an event, a staff change, a whole new page. Send it however suits you, and I handle it from there.
